Quite a bit, says Gail Finke of Ohio in her post below. I don’t share her pessimism about the outcome, but her observations are worth noting. Don’t lose sight of the fact that more than 60 lawsuits and over 200 plaintiffs are challenging the mandate. This is uphill work, but work worth doing.
